Italian film, as I recall -- zombies in the Dutch Antilles. Includes a great zombie vs. shark attack. And one wicked eyeball effect.
This was shown at the Grindhouse Film Festival along with Night of the Demons. That was a great double feature. Both of those films would be good for Zompire except that they were both shown so recently. Maybe in a few years...
